I have a support team. How do I give them access to support emails?

You can create sub-accounts under the main account and choose to give others permission to access your account. However, if you only want them to access support emails, you can refrain from providing access to areas of your account by choosing not to tick any of the 'permission boxes'. Log into your iJugaad account, go to 'Settings' < 'My Sub-Accounts' and add the details of your sub-account holder, tick 'Support Emails' under 'Email Preferences' and click 'Save Changes'.
